Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

In the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ivybloom.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@ivybloom.com.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
